April 22-26, 2019

April is Stress Awareness Month

Tips on managing your stress. Take charge. When things go wrong, feeling sorry for yourself equals more stress. Instead, think: What can I do to fix the situation? Start that homework, do chores, or talk to an adult who can help.

Joke of the day: What is harder to catch the faster you run?   Your breath!

8th graders, if you’re interested in attending Tri Tech summer school and you need help registering for class come to the Gear Up room on May 14th after school and we will help you. If you have any questions talk to Mrs. Bell.

8th graders interested in trying out for Cheer; Cheer Clinic is April 29th and 30th, 6-7:30, at the RVHS gym. Try-out is May 2nd. Flyers are in the office.

Bookmobile will be here today; they’ll be parked in the courtyard.

Students, remember if you have perfect attendance for April your name will go into a drawing for a Dutch Bros. Gift Card.

Win a bike with perfect attendance or near  perfect so even if you missed a day or two or more; no worries you may still get a chance to win because your attendance matters.
